Over five years of study at RMIT University, Jessica completed a three-year Bachelor of Complementary Medicine (Applied Science), followed by a two-year Master of Osteopathy. During this time, she also studied with Polestar Pilates Australia, completing the Rehabilitative Clinical Pilates series.
Jessica’s work experience to date has been extensive and diverse, including working in a private sports hospital in India; helping patients recover their mobility and strength through teaching clinical Pilates; and treating patients of all ages at several Osteopathy clinics across the north of Melbourne.
With a particular passion for paediatrics and rehabilitation, Jessica strives to provide professional treatment and advice that is comprehensive, honest and results in the best possible outcome for her patients.
From lower back pain and neck pain, to shoulder/knee injuries and postural decompensations, Jessica can work with you to address a wide range of common (and some more uncommon) issues that may hinder optimal function.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys baking (shockingly, milk or dark chocolate is a no-go), exploring the outdoors on a solid hike, playing netball, or catching up with friends and family over a red wine and a cheese platter.
