A midlife crisis represents a time of transition and reflection, when people may start to question the direction of their life and whether they have achieved their goals and aspirations.  It can be a tricky time in our life and things can begin to unravel, particularly if we don’t take time out and find a way to decompress, process these emotions and explore deeper into ourselves.
