Gabriel has been a musician, singer and performer her whole life. She also has a deep, enduring passion for the healing arts and desire to do work which is of benefit to her community.
In 2010 Gabriel became full time carer for her father, taking a break from performance and shifting her focus to the study of counselling and psychology. Since becoming a qualified counsellor in 2012, Gabriel has integrated these skills into her community work, teaching and coaching through her business GMH Music and her not for profit organisation Safe Space Performances Ltd based in the Macedon Ranges.
Gabriel offers a combined, holistic therapeutic counselling approach and powerful complementary healing modalities EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and structured Breathwork which can be helpful in the management of anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional distress and physical pain.
Rather than purely using talk therapy to focus on the mind, Gabriel works with her clients as whole, integrated individuals, looking at the connection and relationship between mind, body and spirit to facilitate wellness.
NB – Gabriel’s services are not rebatable through Medicare, she does NOT cover mental health plans.
